Description

  • Set the venture’s strategy, including ICP, pricing model, and product positioning across logistics segments.
  • Lead customer development with mid-sized to enterprise freight brokerages and convert pilots into paid engagements.
  • Build the go-to-market motion targeting Heads of Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the MVP and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Own product decisions around TMS and load board integrations, conversational AI quality, and autonomous workflow execution.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and early traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s culture and operating foundation from inception.
  • Operate as CEO in a co-creation model with FutureSight’s cross-functional studio team.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Direct exposure to logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, transportation, or B2B enterprise software serving these industries.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs.
  • Ability to apply a founder mindset in a co-founder partnership.
  • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note explaining why the venture aligns with your goals are required for application.
