Description

  • Set the venture’s direction and lead overall execution as Co-Founder & CEO.
  • Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead customer development with compliance and revenue cycle leaders and convert pilots into paid engagements.
  • Build the go-to-market motion for the venture.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and traction.
  • Recruit and lead the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s cultural foundation.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS or B2B AI go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Deep operational exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management.
  • Strong understanding of the differences between clinical/coding denials and administrative roadblocks.
  • Familiarity with fragmented EHR/PM systems and the workaround tech stacks used by billers.
  • Experience with healthcare compliance, QA, or revenue cycle leadership contexts (preferred).
