Description

  • Define and evolve the long-term product vision for the Enterprise offering as part of Fullscript’s clinical ecosystem.
  • Lead product development across vendor integrations and intelligent recommendations.
  • Partner with Engineering, Clinical Science, Data, and go-to-market teams to launch products that support proactive care.
  • Lead and support a high-performing team that ships quickly, thinks strategically, and learns from iteration.
  • Establish and track KPIs that balance growth, reliability, and patient impact.
  • Act as both a strategic leader and hands-on builder across vision-setting and execution.
  • Help institutional practitioners interpret lab results, personalize treatments, engage patients, and prescribe supplements through connected insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching and scaling complex platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong ability to connect business strategy to product value through storytelling.
  • Passion for product management craft, including discovery, delivery, and iteration.
  • Ability to thrive in high-autonomy environments with big goals and ambiguous problems.
  • Strong UX instincts and the ability to build intuitive, user-friendly products.
  • Operational fluency to scale product processes, improve team effectiveness, and bring structure to complexity.
  • Background at an EHR company such as Epic or Athena is preferred.
