Description

  • Own and evolve Fullscript’s business performance measurement approach to ensure clarity, consistency, and trust in core metrics.
  • Partner with the VP of Strategic Finance, CFO, and executive leadership to provide execution-ready analytics for performance reviews, strategic deep dives, and investment decisions.
  • Synthesize complex analyses into clear, decision-ready narratives that connect performance, drivers, and tradeoffs for executive audiences.
  • Embed analytics into highest-priority initiatives by sizing opportunities, evaluating tradeoffs, defining success metrics, and ensuring analytics guide strategy and execution.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Product, and Commercial to structure problems, prioritize high-leverage questions, and clarify the decisions data should inform.
  • Lead and scale a team of analytics leaders and embedded analytics teams, establishing clear accountability for day-to-day execution in each functional lane.
  • Establish and maintain standards for analytical rigor, data quality, consistency, and timeliness so metrics, methodologies, and conclusions are aligned and trusted.
  • Define operating models, prioritization frameworks, and intake processes that balance responsiveness with strategic focus.
  • Build leadership bench and a culture focused on impact, clarity, and outcomes, and ensure insights are translated into clear ownership and execution follow-through.
  • Align analytics efforts with Strategic Finance and FP&A to improve forecasting, performance tracking, and long-term planning integration.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, strategy, or related fields with significant experience partnering with senior leaders.
  • Proven success leading analytics and data science teams, including senior individual contributors and people leaders, in complex cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to set standards for analytical rigor, data quality, and consistency, and to hold teams accountable to those standards.
  • Strong analytical judgment and technical fluency, able to review, challenge, and guide analytical work without being hands-on in the tools.
  • Experience translating complex analyses into clear, decision-ready narratives for executive audiences.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve and tradeoffs must be made.
  • Strong collaborator and influencer with experience driving alignment across Finance, Product, and Commercial without formal authority.
  • Experience partnering with FP&A and Strategic Finance on forecasting, performance tracking, and planning (preferred).
