Description

  • Execute quality control testing according to the annual Digital Banking review schedule.
  • Assess the effectiveness of key processes and controls across customer service, fraud operations, customer onboarding, payment processing, reconciliations, and transaction workflows.
  • Evaluate internal controls and validate alignment with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with process owners and business leaders to validate observations and develop management action plans.
  • Prepare and communicate quality control results to Compliance Management, business units, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry issues and regulatory developments that may affect testing procedures.
  • Support enhancements to the quality control framework, including updates to testing methodologies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations, payment services, or call center work in the financial services industry.
  • At least 2 years of quality control, compliance, or operational testing experience, with additional experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with consumer protection and compliance regulations such as Regulation E, UDAAP guidance, and Regulation DD.
  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory guidance and apply them to testing scenarios.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders across the bank.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; self-motivated, adaptable, results-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
