Description

  • Own the creation of visual content across static graphics, illustrations, motion graphics, short-form video, paid ads, landing visuals, decks, and other formats.
  • Maintain and evolve FLiiP’s visual identity across channels and contribute to a future brand refresh and design system.
  • Collaborate with the CGO, content marketing manager, content marketing lead, and growth team to translate strategy and messaging into creative assets.
  • Use AI and modern creative tools to accelerate production and maximize output.
  • Design assets for organic social, blog content, paid ads, lifecycle campaigns, and internal presentations while adapting creative for each channel.
  • Build templates, libraries, and lightweight brand guidelines to improve creative consistency and team efficiency.
  • Support growth and product marketing efforts through high-impact creative execution.
  • Help establish the foundation for FLiiP’s design standards as the first dedicated creative hire.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience as a brand designer, visual designer, or creative generalist, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio showing strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and color, plus examples of motion design and video work.
  • Fluency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Webflow, and AI-powered tools such as Runway, Midjourney, and Descript.
  • Proven experience creating high-quality marketing content for growth, content, or paid media teams.
  • Ability to balance craft with speed and know when to polish versus ship quickly and iterate.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and growth teams and understanding how creative impacts performance.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously as a builder.
  • Experience leading or contributing to a brand refresh or rebranding initiative is preferred.
  • Familiarity with growth-focused design principles such as ad creative, CRO visuals, and lifecycle assets is preferred.
  • Lightweight video editing skills using AI or hybrid workflows are preferred.
