Description

  • Partner with clinical, operations, and product teams to design and build technology for the company’s alternate health plan and care experiences.
  • Build mobile apps, web applications, and APIs that make health benefits and care more accessible and engaging for members.
  • Develop and refine machine learning–based agentic workflows to support automation and intelligence across the platform.
  • Integrate third-party vendors and health tech innovations to expand platform functionality, data sources, and member services.
  • Work on both the member-facing platform and the clinical intelligence platform used by care teams.
  • Own projects from ideation through release and help influence product and technical decisions.
  • Contribute to technical architecture and engineering best practices across the team.
  • Help recruit engineers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Collaborate through code review, documentation, mentorship, and teamwork to support the engineering culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience writing production code across the stack.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with the technologies in the stack is preferred, including React, React Native, TypeScript, Python, Django, Postgres, Docker, and AWS.
  • Experience with machine learning models, agentic workflows, or automation in healthcare is a plus.
  • Experience with messy healthcare data and ETL work is a plus.
  • Ability to design, build, and ship features end to end.
  • Strong interest in learning and unstructured problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with humility and resilience.
  • Mission alignment with delivering clinical and financial health through joyful, always-there care.

  • Salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 annually.
