Description

  • Create human-device interactions and communication through digital products.
  • Lead and define principles that support exceptional, human-centered digital experiences.
  • Design visually compelling and high-functioning user interfaces for applications, websites, and digital products.
  • Combine layout thinking with visual detail to deliver clean, cohesive, system-driven design.
  • Ensure visual consistency and coherence across products using Figma and component libraries.
  • Create and document micro-interactions and UI motion briefs to improve usability and delight.
  • Contribute to defining how people interact with AI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on marketing design work that supports Fantasy’s brand story.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the design industry, with a focus on human-centered digital experiences.
  • A strong portfolio spanning a wide variety of digital products, services, and experiences.
  • Strong command of UI best practices, including page design, layout, and interaction visuals.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience designing from UX-provided wireframes and refining them into production-ready UI.
  • Expertise in navigation frameworks, product flows, and system-level thinking.
  • Highly skilled in Figma, including shared libraries, plugins, and design system components.
  • Ability to create and document micro-interactions and UI motion briefs.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, strong design aesthetic sensibilities, and awareness of design trends and innovation.
