Description

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of a budgeting tool from requirements definition through go-live.
  • Manage the transition from Excel-based budgeting templates to a budgeting software solution.
  • Design and implement a scalable budgeting process aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and align on solutions.
  • Configure budgeting models, assumptions, workflows, and reporting within the selected tool.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency throughout the budgeting process.
  • Support change management activities, including user training and documentation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical or system vendors.
  • Oversee the project independently against defined timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an international, multi-entity group environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience leading a transition from Excel-based budgeting templates to a budgeting system or application.
  • Direct experience implementing budgeting or planning tools.
  • Experience applying or supporting AI-driven analytics solutions in budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning processes.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting processes.
  • Ability to independently manage a project with clearly defined timelines and deliverables.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
  • Experience working with cross-functional Finance and HR teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with system implementation projects or process transformation initiatives.
