Description

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in commodities trading environments.
  • Support front-office trading workflows and operational processes across commodities businesses.
  • Partner with trading desks and stakeholders on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements from traders and key stakeholders.
  • Define scope, assumptions, dependencies, and functional requirements clearly.
  • Analyze upstream and downstream system impacts on business processes and workflows.
  • Support process mapping, workflow analysis, and functional documentation efforts.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and developers to drive system enhancements and ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
  • Support solution deployment, production readiness, and adoption by business users.
  • Participate in project planning, delivery coordination, testing, UAT, defect coordination, and quality assurance activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commodities trading environments.
  • Strong understanding of banking and capital markets products and services related to commodities.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements.
  • Experience supporting trading workflows, operational processes, and system enhancements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, traders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with Openlink Endur is a strong asset.
  • Experience supporting testing, QA, and UAT activities is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and self-directed, with the ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
