Description

  • Own design execution for paid media channels (Meta, Google, Amazon) with a focus on conversion-driven creative.
  • Lead the development of high-performing static and motion ads, thumbnails, banners, and visual toolkits.
  • Manage and mentor a small design team while remaining hands-on in execution.
  • Partner with Creative Strategist and messaging teams to translate copy and strategy into compelling visual executions.
  • Drive creative testing strategy and develop iterative design variations based on performance data and insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, UGC, and Brand teams to support product launches, sprints, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Create scalable systems, repeatable processes, and visual frameworks that work across platforms.
  • Quickly adapt creative direction based on performance insights and market trends to maintain relevance and impact.
  • Ensure all creative meets both brand standards and performance expectations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of design experience for DTC brands, with 2+ years in a performance-driven creative role.
  • Proven track record of designing high-performing ads across Meta, Google, and Amazon (portfolio required).
  • Experience creating static and motion creative, thumbnails, banners, and visual toolkits.
  • Proficiency with design tools including Figma, Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks, ad optimization methodologies, and how to iterate based on data.
  • Familiarity with UGC formats and designing content optimized for those formats.
  • Comfort working across both brand-aligned and direct-response creative formats.
  • Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: experience in CPG, beverage, or wellness DTC brands and familiarity with TikTok and current DTC paid-media trends.
  • Able to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. and provide a portfolio of performance-driven work.
