Description

  • Own telehealth product experiences, including video, messaging, and asynchronous care.
  • Develop and optimize provider-facing tools and clinical workflows.
  • Improve care coordination and consult completion rates across programs.
  • Track and improve clinical outcome metrics across consumer and enterprise offerings.
  • Partner with clinical operations leadership to build trusted working relationships.
  • Navigate regulatory, compliance, and healthcare operational constraints while shipping product improvements.
  • Establish the clinical platform roadmap for the following year.
  • Deliver product changes that improve provider efficiency and patient care completion.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including consumers, providers, clinical ops, and health plan clients.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, healthtech, or clinical products.
  • Direct experience with telehealth, care coordination, EHR systems, or clinical workflows.
  • Proven track record of shipping products that improved clinical or operational outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with clinical stakeholders such as physicians and nurses.
  • Comfort working with technical systems, including APIs, integrations, and healthcare data standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision-making ability.
  • Experience with multiple telehealth platforms or clinical vendors is preferred.
  • Background in diagnostics, lab operations, or clinical decision support is preferred.
  • B2B healthcare product experience is preferred.
  • Experience at a startup or scale-up operating in ambiguity is preferred.
