Description

  • Research, draft, and edit clinical content for patients, providers, and general consumers.
  • Create or refine scripts tied to diagnostic results and clinical care programs.
  • Review and update existing content for clinical accuracy, health literacy, and alignment with current guidelines.
  • Support product detail pages, blog posts, engagement communications, and patient-facing care plan language.
  • Conduct targeted literature reviews and telehealth industry research for new or evolving clinical programs and topic areas.
  • Translate clinical requirements into clear program summaries or workflow visuals.
  • Identify gaps in existing clinical documentation and recommend improvements.
  • Support training and reference materials for internal teams and healthcare providers.
  • Communicate proactively and deliver polished work with minimal supervision across variable project needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, journalism, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, regulatory guidelines such as FDA requirements, and clinical references including PubMed and UpToDate.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and technical resources for efficient medical content review, writing, and editing.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to translate complex medical and scientific information into clear, engaging content.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable managing deliverables across a variable, project-based schedule.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or equivalent tools.
