Description

  • Participate in functional and progress meetings with clients.
  • Analyze business needs and prepare documentation such as business requirements and reports.
  • Develop functional and non-functional specifications, including use cases.
  • Support testing, training, and user support activities for web applications.
  • Provide project management support, coordination, and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development cycle of web applications through requirements elaboration and testing.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members on project delivery and progress tracking.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical thinking and good presentation skills.
  • Good collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with the development cycle of web applications, including functional requirements and testing.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Understanding of XML, SQL, HTML, and CSS is an asset.
  • Experience in an IT Business Analyst or Tester role is relevant for this position.
  • Ability to work on international projects in an eGovernment context is desirable.
