Description

  • Design and implement automated data flows for data and process integration into contracting authority systems and databases.
  • Manage historical data migration and develop new ETL flows.
  • Monitor ETL performance and improve existing and new data flows.
  • Define, document, analyze, and monitor data quality.
  • Support data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including disease surveillance experts and fellow data managers.

Requirements

  • University degree in computer science, data science, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in data management/analysis, or a non-university degree with at least 5 years of experience in data management/analysis.
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience handling large, complex data sets and working with data warehouses and data marts using FME.
  • Certification or training in FME and TransactSQL is required.
  • Experience in data management/analysis in infectious diseases, epidemiology, or public health is an asset.
  • Experience with TransactSQL and Python or R is an asset.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Ability to work remotely within the EU.
