Description

  • Partner with account executives and customer success managers to understand customer needs, run demos, and help build proposals.
  • Maintain and refine the demo environment so it reflects the latest AI features, use cases, and client setups.
  • Build custom walkthroughs, prototypes, and tailored demos, including content builds, course-editing demonstrations, and integrations.
  • Translate product, content, and AI feature specifications into customer-ready language for live calls and sales materials.
  • Answer technical and implementation questions about data security, HRIS integrations, and customization, escalating complex issues when needed.
  • Draft responses for RFPs, pilots, and security reviews.
  • Collect prospect feedback and share it with Product and Engineering.
  • Create and maintain sales-ready assets such as talk tracks, decks, video tutorials, Looms, and objection-handling materials.
  • Enable AEs and CSMs on new product updates, features, and functionality.

Requirements

  • Some experience in a Sales Engineering, Sales, Implementation, or technical customer-facing role at a SaaS company.
  • Ability to explain a technical product clearly to HR, IT, Security, and Legal stakeholders.
  • Exposure to the discovery and technical demo stages of a sales cycle.
  • Ability to develop into a go-to resource for demos, pre-sales technical support, and product fluency.
  • Credibility with sales reps and comfort working closely with leadership.
  • Bias toward clarity, fast execution, and iteration over polish.
  • Familiarity with, or ability to quickly learn, AI-powered tools, APIs, and enterprise integrations such as LMS, HRIS, and SSO.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, surfaces problems and solutions proactively, and is eager to learn and grow.
  • Ability to help build the sales engineering playbook in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Passion for Ethena’s mission and alignment with the company’s core values.
  • Based in the United States.
