Description

  • Design a complete sales playbook for the organization’s education and public sector sales motion.
  • Develop a tailored elevator pitch, core value proposition, and messaging framework.
  • Create a sales narrative aligned to buyer pain points and procurement realities.
  • Outline demo structure and provide guidance for live and asynchronous demo delivery.
  • Write outbound, inbound, discovery, and late-stage call scripts.
  • Build competitive battle cards covering incumbents and alternative solutions.
  • Develop objection-handling frameworks and supporting proof points.
  • Recommend sales stages, qualification criteria, and deal progression logic.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure messaging reflects real customer value and product capability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in EdTech or public sector SaaS sales or sales enablement.
  • Demonstrated success creating sales playbooks or go-to-market frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of school district decision-making and procurement cycles.
  • Ability to translate complex products into clear, persuasive commercial narratives.
  • Confidence working directly with senior leadership.
  • A delivery-focused mindset with pace and precision.
  • Experience working with private equity-backed or growth-stage SaaS organizations is highly advantageous.
