Description

  • Develop and evolve Envato’s global brand strategy, including positioning, voice, and visual identity.
  • Translate brand strategy into frameworks, guidelines, and campaigns that enable consistent execution across teams.
  • Shape brand and social activity to authentically resonate with creative professionals and Envato’s core audience.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to deliver integrated brand storytelling.
  • Plan and deliver brand and social campaigns aligned to company objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Define, track, and optimize brand and social performance metrics using data and insights.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with a strong culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Set the strategic direction for organic social media across priority platforms to grow audience, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Oversee community strategy across Reddit and other relevant channels to strengthen relationships with creative professionals.
  • Monitor cultural, creative, and technology trends to keep the brand relevant and future-focused.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in brand marketing within a dedicated brand team environment.
  • Proven ability to align brand strategy to business objectives and turn vision into actionable, measurable plans.
  • Experience developing comprehensive brand strategy, including positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and tone of voice at scale.
  • Demonstrated success turning brand strategy into multi-channel go-to-market campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial growth.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in organic social media strategy and execution across major platforms.
  • Experience building, scaling, and engaging communities on platforms such as Reddit and other community-led channels.
  • Deep understanding of creative professionals and the needs of creative communities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across functions.
  • Strong analytical capability using data and insights to inform strategy and optimize performance.
  • Lived experience as a creative professional or a hands-on creative background (desirable).
  • Experience working within a technology or digital subscription business (desirable).
  • Experience in global brand management (desirable).
  • Familiarity with social analytics, community management, and content planning tools (desirable).
