Description

  • Manage software engineering teams across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and multiple technology stacks.
  • Architect and build scalable software systems using microservices.
  • Oversee engineering teams distributed across multiple time zones.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective product delivery.
  • Attract, evaluate, and select candidates for appropriate roles.
  • Drive innovation while supporting experimentation and learning from failure.
  • Promote strong collaboration and communication across engineering teams.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Expertise managing software engineering teams across multiple technology stacks.
  • Proven experience architecting and building scalable microservices-based systems.
  • Experience with large distributed data systems.
  • Exceptional technical proficiency.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture preferred.
  • Startup experience preferred.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to innovate.
