Description

  • Design, build, and ship high-impact growth projects (e.g., landing page systems, ROI calculators, API-driven experiences) that support acquisition and conversion goals.
  • Own and level up the Webflow setup, improving performance, maintainability, and launch workflows for new pages and experiments.
  • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to translate ideas into fast, polished web experiences and determine when to use Webflow versus custom implementations.
  • Blend no-code and code solutions to deliver timely, effective web features and experiments.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with APIs and analytics tools to support measurement and optimization.
  • Help establish scalable processes, documentation, and systems to increase team velocity and experiment throughput.
  • Move quickly to prototype, test, and iterate on web experiments that deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end or full-stack web development, ideally with experience in Webflow or similar low-code platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with React or Vue and working with APIs, integrations, and analytics tools.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools (examples: Claude, Cursor) to speed development.
  • Preferred: experience with motion/animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, Lottie) and TypeScript.
  • Preferred: ability to refine Figma designs into production-ready builds.
  • Mindset: hands-on, fast-moving, curious, collaborative, and experiment-driven.

Benefits

  • Base pay range: $114,700 — $158,700 USD (final package depends on experience, expertise, and location).
  • Total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE) with opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
  • Hybrid-hub model allowing in-office or fully remote arrangements depending on role needs.
