Description

  • Expand the existing client base and grow the product portfolio within assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Monitor account development, address pain points, and adjust sales forecasts as needed.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prepare contracts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients by understanding their needs and preparing customized solutions.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate promotional plans for each client.
  • Visit existing clients and stores to assess needs and promote products and POS materials.
  • Train store sales staff on products and selling support.

Requirements

  • Sales experience and a strong drive to grow existing business profitably.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent English communication skills at C2 level; additional EU languages are a plus.
  • Previous sales experience in the bedding or furniture sector is a plus.
  • Valid driving license is required.
