Description

  • Lead end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R) solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Provide functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules, covering General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (AA).
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and external consultants to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage SAP S/4HANA analysts and consultants within the R2R domain.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using SAP S/4HANA and emerging technologies to optimize processes.
  • Support testing, training, and change management activities for system enhancements and rollouts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S/4HANA R2R issues to ensure system stability and business continuity.
  • Monitor SAP S/4HANA innovations and recommend best practices for process and system optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in SAP functional roles with expertise in SAP S/4HANA R2R processes.
  • Experience leading full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades.
  • Hands-on knowledge of General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting within SAP.
  • Understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration with other modules such as Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA (preferred).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud (preferred).
  • Flexible to work US shift hours.
