Description

Manage and grow 5-8 social media pages, primarily on TikTok and Instagram, focused on EDM content.
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with viral trends and audience engagement goals.
Create, edit, and post high-performing short-form video content.
Optimize page setup, bios, and overall positioning to maximize reach and growth.
Identify trends in EDM, DJ culture, and viral audio to drive engagement.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy to improve growth and reach.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content quality across pages.
Engage with audiences and help build an active community.
Create content for a broader network of approximately 15-20 pages.

Requirements

Proven experience managing and growing TikTok and/or Instagram pages.
Strong understanding of Electronic Dance Music and its global audience.
Demonstrated success creating viral or high-performing content.
Ability to optimize and scale social media pages from early stages.
Skilled in video editing and short-form content creation.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and growth strategies.
Self-driven, creative, and results-oriented.
Experience managing multiple pages simultaneously is preferred.
Background in music, DJ culture, or entertainment content is preferred.
Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking tools is preferred.

Benefits

Fully remote role based in Mexico.
Salary range of $1.8K–$2.5K per month.
Schedule aligned with US business hours (EDT).
Direct client relationship and independent communication with the client.
Payments are handled directly by the client.
Interview/application process includes a Loom video submission.
Vacation leaves and holidays are determined by the client.
Opportunity to work across a larger network of EDM social media pages.
