Description

  • Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with account inquiries related to self-storage facilities
  • Process bill payments and explain billing statements and account details to customers
  • Resolve general customer inquiries with a professional, friendly, and clear communication style
  • Accurately document customer interactions and account updates in internal systems
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks during slower call periods, including data entry and Excel spreadsheet work
  • Complete general office and system-related tasks as needed to support daily operations
  • Support other departments or projects as assigned based on skills and availability
  • Maintain scheduled availability for the primary shift (Mon–Fri, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. EST) and provide weekend coverage when required

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • North American accent or native-level English proficiency
  • Strong computer skills and comfort navigating software systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
  • Professional phone presence and problem-solving mindset
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly (preferred)
  • Experience with programming, CSS, or other technical skills (nice-to-have)
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles (preferred)
  • Availability to work the primary schedule (Mon–Fri, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. EST) and optionally weekend shifts (Sat & Sun, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST)
  • Willingness to record Loom video responses for the initial application and participate in a client video interview and test

Benefits

  • Salary range: $1,200–$1,800 per month
  • Direct client relationship — you will work directly with the client and handle client-related matters independently
  • Payments processed directly by the client (payroll not handled by Elevate and Delegate)
  • Vacation leave and holiday scheduling determined by the client (must align with client business needs and policies)
