Description

  • Develop robust, scalable features across the CRM and Move-Ins products for both frontend and backend.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server database structures.
  • Write complex SQL queries and ensure efficient data access patterns.
  • Maintain and refactor a legacy JavaScript codebase while incrementally migrating to modern React components and architecture.
  • Follow source control best practices and contribute to peer reviews using Git (Bitbucket and Azure).
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA testers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Work with other product teams to ensure seamless integration across internal platforms and services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product and end-users to ensure delivered functionality has real-world impact for customers and their communities.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
  • Proficiency in ColdFusion/Lucee or willingness to ramp up quickly.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React with TypeScript preferred).
  • Experience with modern CSS practices; exposure to MUI preferred.
  • Passion for writing high-quality code that improves outcomes for senior living employees, residents, and families.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Fluent in English with strong grammatical skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
