Description

  • Create wireframes, build prototypes, and deliver customer flows for customer-facing and vet-facing platforms.
  • Think holistically about the telemedicine experience and maintain a cohesive design system.
  • Research, test, and iterate on designs based on measured outcomes and user feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, visual design, and marketing teams.
  • Contribute bold creative ideas that translate into visually strong product and marketing work.
  • Help set creative standards and support collaboration across disciplines.
  • Design for both mobile, web, and desktop experiences as needed.
  • Inform design decisions through customer feedback, user studies, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX with a proven track record of building high-quality products across mobile, web, and desktop.
  • A portfolio showcasing robust user journeys and flows, along with launches, learnings, and insights as products mature.
  • Ability to produce strong work on short timelines, multitask across projects, and adapt to changing startup priorities.
  • Inclusive design philosophy with a strong editorial sense.
  • Strong interaction design and usability skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively with engineering, product, and marketing teams and clearly explain design decisions.
  • Experience prototyping, testing, and iterating on new and existing designs.
  • Experience working in startups, telehealth, or the pet industry is a plus.
  • User research experience is a bonus.
  • Interest in pets or animals is a plus.
