Description

  • Develop data requirements and recommendations for front office traders and researchers in collaboration with data analysts and engineers.
  • Drive curation of the data set catalog to improve discoverability across the platform.
  • Evaluate and integrate new datasets while managing the data onboarding lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with data engineers and the Contract Management team to track progress and priorities with key user groups.
  • Build relationships with front office users to promote data platform offerings and support growth.
  • Use data analysis to ensure new data sets maximize business value and meet completeness, accessibility, and interoperability requirements.
  • Ensure stakeholders have appropriate access to datasets and help improve access management processes and tools.
  • Engage with external vendors to keep DRW informed of new offerings and market trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with front office stakeholders, including traders and researchers.
  • Knowledge of modern financial markets, instruments, research data sets, and platforms.
  • Experience performing data analysis in SQL and Python, including common libraries like pandas.
  • Experience with cloud-based tools such as AWS S3 or Snowflake.
  • Strong organizational and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders across a global organization.
  • Experience identifying and linking data solutions to business needs (preferred).

  • Annual base salary of $125,000 to $175,000.
