Description

  • Lead all customer enablement activities and act as the primary FP&A subject-matter expert for Drivetrain’s business customers.
  • Serve as the bridge between product and customers by translating customer needs into product strategy and identifying key feature opportunities.
  • Assist customers in developing and implementing templates and financial models within Drivetrain to maximize platform value.
  • Collaborate regularly with sales, product implementation, and marketing teams to design and execute customer success strategies and support sales conversations.
  • Provide technical guidance on financial reporting, defining business metrics, and conducting financial analyses within the platform.
  • Identify new customer use cases and surface feedback to inform the product roadmap through daily customer interactions.
  • Support sales calls with deep functional/product dives when appropriate to close and onboard customers.
  • Evangelize Drivetrain within the strategic finance community, collaborating with industry leaders, investors, and CFOs to promote product adoption.
  • Build and lead a small team of customer success specialists and interns, set individual and team metrics, and report on team performance.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate FP&A setups.
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset.
  • Collaborative mindset and a desire to help colleagues and customers.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and aspirational work style.
  • Experience working directly with founders, finance leaders, or CFOs (preferred but implied by role).
  • Experience in customer enablement, customer success, or implementing FP&A solutions and templates (preferred).
