Description

  • Research ideas and topics thoroughly and turn them into clear, well-structured, useful content.
  • Write content across blogs, LinkedIn, Substack, and YouTube scripts.
  • Develop credible, in-depth writing on technical and finance-adjacent subjects.
  • Help scale publishing volume without lowering the quality bar.
  • Evaluate whether content performed well by tracking whether it was read, ranked, and shared.
  • Learn from content performance to improve future work.
  • Collaborate across growth, product, and design teams to publish effectively.
  • Maintain strong editorial judgment to distinguish substance from filler.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in content writing or editing.
  • Excellent written English with strong attention to clarity, structure, and tone.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to write credibly about unfamiliar, technical topics.
  • Curiosity about business and finance, or comfort writing about dry B2B subjects week after week.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to identify blockers without waiting to be asked.
  • Eagerness to learn and build a long-term career in marketing.
  • Ability to work remotely as part of a remote-first company.
  • Experience creating content that performs well is highly valued.
