Description

  • Partner with Finance & Strategy to track and analyze fulfillment cost metrics across lines of business and strategic merchants.
  • Support the development of internal reporting tools to monitor fulfillment cost and efficiency improvement efforts.
  • Work with Analytics and Product teams to scope and assess initiatives that improve fulfillment cost and efficiency.
  • Assist in structuring and executing operational tests to learn quickly and inform the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve merchant and customer experience.
  • Analyze fulfillment cost metrics and help define north star metrics for performance improvement.
  • Manage the P&L and identify levers for fulfillment cost improvement with Finance, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations.
  • Run structured experiments and operational tests to identify better ways to improve fulfillment cost and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights from data.
  • Deep Excel/Google Sheets modeling required.
  • SQL experience is a plus.
  • Experience creating financial models.
  • Execution-focused with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
  • Comfort working in cross-functional environments with Finance & Strategy, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong ability to organize, track, and analyze performance data.
  • Bias for action and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
