Description

  • Build and own automations, data workflows, and internal tools from problem identification through deployment.
  • Partner with ad operations teams to identify high-impact manual processes and replace them with reliable systems.
  • Use SQL, scripting, and AI tools to transform operational data into repeatable processes.
  • Measure the impact of solutions through hours saved, errors reduced, and faster campaign execution.
  • Map operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement during the first 90 days.
  • Propose, experiment with, and deliver new projects that improve team operations.],

Requirements

  • Typically 3+ years of experience building automations or tools that eliminate manual work and improve team operations.
  • Ability to write and ship code independently using Python, scripting, or similar technologies.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI and large language model tools to real workflows.
  • Fluency in SQL, including independent data querying and analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to define, solve, and independently manage open-ended and ambiguous problems.
