Description

  • Execute high-volume intake and case processing across multiple channels.
  • Prepare and submit first-notice-of-loss details for claim establishment.
  • Review, organize, and accurately enter documentation and attachments.
  • Identify and resolve missing, inconsistent, or incomplete information.
  • Address routing issues, intake gaps, and system exceptions.
  • Maintain accurate, consistent data across multiple systems.
  • Manage competing priorities while meeting daily performance targets.
  • Communicate with internal teams to support timely case progression.
  • Contribute to process improvements involving automation and artificial intelligence.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in operations, claims intake, insurance support, or a similar high-volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently.
  • Comfort working across multiple systems and tools simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily productivity expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
  • Strong organizational skills and consistency with repetitive workflows.
  • Process-driven mindset focused on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Insurance, claims, or risk operations experience is preferred but not required.
