Description

  • Define five user personas and design user flows for distinct portal audiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers on screen structure, navigation, and information architecture.
  • Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes for key platform experiences.
  • Build interactive prototypes to validate the user experience.
  • Establish and maintain a design system covering color, typography, icons, and spacing.
  • Design responsive screens for multiple portals, including data visualization interfaces.
  • Prepare production-ready design assets that developers can implement directly.
  • Hand off designs to frontend developers and support QA on implementation fidelity.

Requirements

  • UI/UX design experience.
  • Proficiency with prototyping tools.
  • Experience designing B2B SaaS, admin, or platform interfaces.
  • Experience designing complex workflow and form-based user interfaces.
  • Experience creating design systems.
  • Experience with design-to-frontend handoff.
  • Business-level English fluency for daily collaboration with a global team.
  • Ability to work part-time initially, with the option to convert to full-time.
