Description

Own the customer context by understanding business domains, systems, and OKRs/KPIs to guide solution design.
Design and document AI-driven workflows, agents, skills, and system integrations aligned to customer goals.
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders as the technical counterpart and advisor.
Bridge pre-sales, customer success, and engineering by translating requirements into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Architect modular, scalable solutions that can be reused across customers and verticals.
Collaborate with Applied AI engineers to oversee solution implementation and ensure architectural alignment.
Partner with sales engineers and customer teams to scope opportunities, define technical requirements, and assess feasibility and effort.
Stay current on emerging AI, integration, and business transformation trends and apply them to solution design.
Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in solution architecture or consulting roles focused on enterprise-scale, customer-facing software implementations.
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience with modern integration patterns, including APIs, webhooks, and pipelines.
Strong ability to translate business needs into technical execution plans.
Ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency with project planning tools and methodologies, and ability to manage multiple solution tracks and timelines.
Experience defining and tracking success through OKRs, KPIs, and business outcomes.
Background in SaaS or enterprise platforms, with understanding of extensibility and multi-tenant design principles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Advanced degrees or certifications in AI or architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe are a plus.
