Description

  • Design and implement web data collection systems, including data layer specifications, event schemas, tag architecture, and server-side integrations.
  • Own tag management and AdTech platform configuration across environments from build through QA to production release.
  • Build and maintain conversion API and server-side event integrations and advise clients on match quality and signal durability.
  • Define mobile measurement specifications for client development teams and validate their releases for data accuracy.
  • Advise clients on implementation approaches and technical trade-offs.
  • Diagnose tracking, attribution, and data integrity issues across browser, app, and platform reporting.
  • Set and maintain data quality standards through validation logic, monitoring, and release QA.
  • Document architectures, schemas, and decision rationale for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to ensure clean data flow and consistent taxonomies across web and mobile.
  • Track privacy and ecosystem changes and assess their impact on owned implementations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, digital measurement, or data architecture, with substantial hands-on implementation experience.
  • Proven ability to design and build data collection and activation frameworks across major advertising and analytics platforms.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with tag management systems, conversion APIs, and event-based data design.
  • Working knowledge of mobile measurement and attribution, including MMPs, app analytics SDKs, SDK events, and postbacks.
  • Strong understanding of privacy and consent ecosystems, including GDPR, CCPA, ATT, CMPs, and server-side tagging.
  • Technical fluency with JavaScript and browser data flows, including the ability to read, write, and debug implementation code.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical decisions to client engineers and explain business impact to marketers.
  • Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently with limited oversight.
  • Experience with mobile measurement partners or app analytics SDKs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava, Firebase, or Amplitude (nice to have).
  • Experience with event routing or CDP platforms such as Segment, mParticle, Tealium, Snowplow, or Hightouch (nice to have).
  • Experience deploying server-side tagging in cloud environments such as GCP or AWS (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with identity, attribution, or clean room frameworks (nice to have).
  • SQL proficiency and exposure to cloud data ecosystems such as BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS, or GCP (nice to have).
