Description

  • Conceptualize, design, and create motion graphics, UI motion, animated sequences, and visual effects for video and digital content.
  • Develop storyboards, style frames, and mood boards to communicate visual ideas.
  • Ensure animated content is on-brand, meets project objectives, and follows technical specifications.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to improve video production quality.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Maintain an organized system for project files, assets, and templates.
  • Stay current with industry trends, software, and tools to improve motion design efficiency and quality.
  • Define guidelines and quality standards for motion design work and help pioneer new techniques.

Requirements

  • Experience leading or producing high-quality motion design work, including 2D animation, UI motion, and motion graphics.
  • Experience with storyboarding and video editing as part of a multidisciplinary creative workflow.
  • Ability to bridge creative vision with business impact and guide ideas from concept to final execution.
  • Strong technical proficiency with motion design software, tools, and production workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, product, and other multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to produce work that adheres to brand and technical requirements.
  • Willingness to stay current with industry trends and continuously improve methods and efficiency.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and complete E-Verify requirements.
  • Salary range for U.S. remote roles is $85,000 to $140,000 USD, based on experience, expertise, location, and impact.
