Description

Execute day-to-day fund accounting tasks, including transaction booking, allocations, and capital activity.
Maintain accurate general ledger records across assigned funds.
Prepare periodic financial statements and supporting schedules.
Support capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting processes.
Assist with audit and tax preparation by preparing clean, well-organized workpapers.
Follow documented processes and controls consistently.
Surface questions or discrepancies promptly to senior team members.

Requirements

2–4+ years of experience in fund accounting, accounting, or fund administration.
Familiarity with venture capital or private equity fund structures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage recurring deadlines across multiple funds.
Clear written communication and reliable follow-through.
Interest in improving accounting workflows through better systems, data, or automation.
Prior experience supporting audits or year-end close processes (preferred).
