Description

  • Manage email and customer communications.
  • Handle escalation of customer queries and issues.
  • Draft reports and presentations for internal or customer use.
  • Maintain clear and continuous communication with customers.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with customer onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Resume must be submitted in English.
  • Native English speaker or professional-level English proficiency required.
  • Must be located in South America.
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant role.
  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Familiarity with DeFi or crypto is an added advantage.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.
