Description

  • Design, implement and maintain a robust outsourcing and ICT third‑party risk management framework aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Define and maintain outsourcing policies, procedures and governance standards across the organisation.
  • Perform and oversee vendor due diligence, including operational, ICT, compliance and financial risk assessments.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up‑to‑date outsourcing/vendor register containing required regulatory information.
  • Monitor outsourcing risks on an ongoing basis, including vendor performance, incidents and concentration risk.
  • Define, implement and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and other third‑party risk reporting mechanisms.
  • Ensure full compliance with DORA requirements related to outsourcing and ICT third‑party risk.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Tech and Operations to shape and embed control frameworks in a fast‑growing environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outsourcing, third‑party risk management or ICT risk.
  • Good understanding of European regulatory frameworks, including DORA and outsourcing requirements.
  • Experience designing and implementing control frameworks and governance processes.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with Legal, Compliance, Tech and Operations and to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Located in France.
  • Experience of outsourcing within a regulated financial institution or fintech (preferred).
  • Experience in DORA implementation or ICT risk frameworks (preferred).
