Description

  • Manage client relationships and oversee implementation services estimation, delivery, and controls across multiple engagements.
  • Lead the service delivery team, resolve conflicts, and ensure tasks and processes are executed efficiently.
  • Manage project budget, margin, scope, and schedule within agreed parameters.
  • Identify internal and external project risks and develop appropriate mitigations.
  • Assess customer feedback and help refine products and service offerings with internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate discussions on infrastructure sizing, positioning, and architectural implementation with engineering and data science leads.
  • Prioritize and schedule work based on company KPIs, team capacity, and availability.
  • Iterate on and help evolve the product lifecycle workflow and coordinate releases.
  • Support deployment, training, and adoption of best practices to maximize customer value.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience leading project teams and/or cross-functional projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with modern project management methodologies and software engineering processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risks, contingencies, reporting, and operations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with partners, internal team members, consultants, third-party sellers, and customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to take ownership and delegate as needed.
  • Ability to execute and iterate on efficient processes.
  • Must be currently located in the EST or CST regions of the United States.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM field, or equivalent combination of skills and experience (preferred).
  • Data science degree or background in previous roles (preferred).
  • Previous services experience in a SaaS company (preferred).
  • Project Management or Scrum certifications such as CAPM or PMP (preferred).
