Description

  • Build, maintain, and optimize large-scale ETL pipelines and data infrastructure for marketing operations and analytics.
  • Design and develop automated dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools.
  • Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries across multiple data sources.
  • Partner with marketers, program managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality, integrity, and reporting issues.
  • Develop automated campaign reporting processes and improve operational efficiency through data automation and workflow optimization.
  • Provide technical leadership and best practices for pipeline development and scalable analytics infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the internal practice team on thought leadership, case studies, learning materials, and Digital Transformation content.
  • Attend internal community meetings and networking events, including virtual and in-person sessions.
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities and professional growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.
  • 5+ years of experience writing advanced SQL, including Oracle, Hive, Vertica, MySQL, or similar.
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale ETL pipelines and distributed data processing systems.
  • Experience processing and managing very large datasets with millions of records.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and automation.
  • Experience building automated reporting and dashboard solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and analytics teams.
  • Ability to work independently, lead technical initiatives, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in large technology companies or enterprise-scale environments is preferred.
  • Experience supporting growth marketing, campaign analytics, or marketing operations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of modern data engineering best practices and scalable data architecture is preferred.
  • Experience optimizing data infrastructure for reporting automation and analytics is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring teams or establishing pipeline development best practices is preferred.
