Description

  • Manage the full commercial pipeline from opportunity identification through take-offs, negotiation, and contract signing.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for tier-1 and tier-2 builders and clients.
  • Lead negotiations, defend margins, and manage RFIs and addendums.
  • Identify pricing risks, scope gaps, and buildability issues during tendering.
  • Prepare accurate take-offs and end-to-end pricing for multi-trade commercial scopes.
  • Manage supplier pricing and maintain strict margin controls.
  • Review architectural and interior design drawings, joinery details, and project specifications independently.
  • Produce quotes in the company’s operations platform with fast turnaround for job conversion.
  • Reconcile completed project outcomes against estimates to improve pricing accuracy.
  • Refine estimating systems and bidding strategies based on commercial feedback.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a joinery or shopfitting estimator handling complex commercial quotes worth $1M+.
  • Strong understanding of joinery and integrated trades such as stone, upholstery, metalwork, pinboards, and whiteboards.
  • Expert-level Bluebeam skills are mandatory.
  • Experience with structured ERP platforms; JOBMAN experience is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close deals.
  • Strong commercial judgment to assess lead quality and prioritize high-yield opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently on complex scopes without senior review.
  • Experience with architectural and interior design drawings and detailed project specifications.

Benefits

  • Salary of PHP 80,000 - 112,000 per month.
  • AU working hours and holidays.
  • Remote work arrangement.
