Description

  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including vendor setup and maintenance, invoice processing and coding, and payment preparation and execution.
  • Perform high-volume data entry into accounting systems while maintaining strong data integrity and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations across vendor statements, bank accounts, and accounts payable ledgers.
  • Oversee the AP inbox and respond to vendor and internal queries promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and support weekly payment runs and manage related approval processes.
  • Review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance before payment processing.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, adjustments, and refunds.
  • Support month-end close activities, including accruals where required.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for AP-related queries across the business.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the AP function.
  • Collaborate with operations teams in ServiceTitan for job-related financial tracking and reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role.
  • Strong experience with full-cycle accounts payable processes from end to end.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Solid experience with reconciliations, including vendor statements, bank accounts, and AP ledgers.
  • Xero proficiency is required; candidates without Xero experience will not be considered.
  • Experience managing vendor communications and resolving queries independently.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Sheets, and Docs, as well as Microsoft Excel and Office.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and reliably in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience in a senior or lead AP role, including acting as a point of contact or guiding junior team members, is preferred.
  • ServiceTitan experience is highly desirable, especially for job management or field service financial tracking.
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP Concur, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with international payments or multi-entity accounting environments is preferred.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to proactively identify and drive process enhancements.

Benefits

  • Salary of up to PHP 70,000 per month.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
