Description

  • Plan, localize, and deliver the nationwide program within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Manage program logistics, milestones, risks, and operational delivery.
  • Serve as the primary Philippines contact for the global corporate foundation funder, including governance, reporting, and staff engagement activities.
  • Design outreach campaigns and lead the recruitment, due diligence, evaluation, and selection of social enterprise participants.
  • Advise participating social enterprise founders and connect them with mentors, funders, investors, and commercial partners.
  • Manage the grant-making lifecycle, including proposal assessment, due diligence coordination, and milestone-based disbursement tracking.
  • Lead collection of impact metrics and case studies, and deliver reports and recommendations to regional boards and executive partners.
  • Collaborate with Australia-based program, marketing, and functional leaders to adapt curriculum and resources for the Philippine market.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior-level experience in the Philippines in social enterprise, impact investing, philanthropy, corporate foundations/CSR, or international development.
  • Deep knowledge of the Philippine social impact ecosystem, including intermediaries, funding mechanisms, policy frameworks, and challenges facing mission-driven businesses.
  • Established relationships with local funders, incubators, government agencies, enterprise intermediaries, and business leaders.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs or grant/investment initiatives with budget, schedule, and outcome accountability.
  • Experience managing corporate donor or institutional investor relationships.
  • Professional written and verbal fluency in English and Filipino/Tagalog, with strong reporting and presentation abilities.
  • Legal ability to invoice as an independent contractor, plus a dedicated remote home office, reliable high-speed internet, and self-provided computing equipment.
  • Experience working in an accelerator, incubator, venture studio, or enterprise capability-building program (preferred).
  • Tertiary or advanced degree in Business Administration, International Development, Economics, Social Impact, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience collaborating with distributed cross-border teams across Asia-Pacific (preferred).

Benefits

  • PHP 180,000–PHP 200,000 salary.
