Description

  • Lead provider lifecycle management from onboarding through offboarding to ensure smooth operational execution and a strong provider experience.
  • Coordinate provider onboarding by managing documentation, training, credentialing, and systems access.
  • Manage provider offboarding, including closure of credentials, system access, and state licensure compliance.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors on credentialing, licensing, and payer enrollment activities.
  • Monitor expirables and drive timely re-credentialing, license renewals, and enrollment updates.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with credentialing and licensing vendors, tracking progress and escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready credentialing and licensing documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory, payer, and accreditation requirements, including NCQA, CMS, and state licensing boards.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, corrective action planning, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop operational reports and dashboards to track onboarding, credentialing, compliance, and provider productivity metrics.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in provider operations, credentialing, licensing, and payer enrollment in healthcare.
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards such as NCQA and CMS.
  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems, Symplr credentialing databases, and data management/reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and departments.
