Description

  • Develop and execute a business plan to exceed sales goals for the assigned territory.
  • Own the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation through opportunity qualification to closing and handoff.
  • Create customer-centric solutions and clearly articulate Cribl’s value proposition to stakeholders from engineers to CxOs.
  • Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Run complex sales processes and manage forecasting to predictably hit sales targets.
  • Generate demand in the territory, including selling un-budgeted solutions and creating new opportunities.
  • Collaborate across time zones and occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours as required.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying enterprise Security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIO).
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos per year and managing a complex sales process.
  • Experience working at or with at least one earlier-stage startup (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial experience.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell solutions that are not pre-budgeted.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Located in Southern California and local to the assigned territory; able to work remotely across time zones and occasionally outside standard hours.

  • Base salary range: $140,000 - $155,000 USD (location-dependent).
