Description

  • Develop and execute a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Own and manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation through closing.
  • Articulate Cribl’s value proposition to stakeholders across the organization, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Create customer-centric solutions and build strong, enduring customer relationships.
  • Forecast reliably, track leading indicators, and hit sales targets.
  • Create demand in an assigned territory, including selling un-budgeted solutions.
  • Sell through and coordinate with channel partners in a channel-led motion.
  • Work across multiple time zones and occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours as required.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise security sales experience selling into Fortune-level organizations, engaging Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIO).
  • Experience working at an earlier-stage startup (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding seven-figure deals.
  • Success selling to Global 2000 (G2K) companies and developing at least one new logo from scratch.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Background using the MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Willingness to work remotely and occasionally outside standard hours to accommodate time-zone needs.
