Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company revenue targets and goals.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, providing coaching and support to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Drive the team to achieve sales targets and monitor progress against goals.
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and prospecting activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to demonstrate solution value.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform and adjust sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, and prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance (role focuses on Finance SaaS sales).
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of managing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the software market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Experience in developing sales training programs for team development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
