Description

  • Help clients migrate from third-party tools to Atlassian applications using best practices.
  • Plan, implement, and troubleshoot Atlassian migrations and post-implementation issues.
  • Assess current client systems by gathering requirements and reviewing application usage.
  • Research migration paths and propose migration solutions to clients.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure for new product deployments as needed.
  • Collaborate with a Systems Architect on application and data configurations.
  • Develop custom tools and scripts to support data migration processes.
  • Consolidate Atlassian applications and environments and configure Atlassian Access and external authentication platforms.
  • Execute test and production migrations and adjust processes as needed.
  • Lead transformation workshops, platform trainings, and post-implementation support.
  • Provide administrative support, client consultation, and application configuration changes as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience.
  • 5 years of experience with Atlassian Cloud, Azure, AWS, Groovy, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience researching migration solutions from non-Atlassian platforms such as Rally, Zendesk, and ServiceNow.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% to client locations throughout the U.S.
