Description

  • Manage multiple large and complex projects involving diverse stakeholders.
  • Lead all phases of projects in alignment with Cority’s Implementation Methodology.
  • Ensure completion of all required deliverables defined in the implementation methodology and customer project plan.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, management, and delivery teams.
  • Manage client expectations regarding effort, duration, costs, and overall project scope.
  • Work with the sales team to identify customer requirements and support accurate engagement scoping.
  • Facilitate change orders and associated effort and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams of Professional Services Consultants, Developers, and client resources to deliver implementations.
  • Develop, maintain, and adjust detailed project schedules to fit unique project requirements.
  • Monitor deliverables, budgets, timelines, risks, and issues, and communicate status to stakeholders through regular meetings.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • PMP designation will be given special consideration.
  • Experience with EHSQ software or implementations will be given special consideration.
  • Experience creating Statements of Work and associated effort and cost estimates is preferred.
  • Background in project management, preferably in a client-facing software environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.
  • Proven leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work as a self-starter and fast learner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly develop technical understanding of customer solutions.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 5%.

Benefits

  • Salary range of CAD $95,000–$115,000, with an adjusted range of CAD $85,000–$95,000 for candidates with limited professional experience.
